Gingerol reduces inflammation and swelling, while curcumin protects cartilage and slows degeneration, boosted by black pepper’s piperine. To make, boil 2–3 grams of fresh ginger slices in 300 milliliters water, add a teaspoon of turmeric powder, and simmer. After cooling slightly, add a pinch of black pepper and optional vegan sweetener. Drink a cup daily during or immediately after a balanced vegan meal to support mobility, ease arthritis pain, and strengthen knees without medication side effects (Cao Minh Trường Official)
Traditional medical doctors say mulberry leaf (tang diệp) is a potent “kidney defender” that promotes urination, reduces toxins such as creatinine, and calms nerves to improve sleep. Its plant-based flavonoids and polyphenols also reduce inflammation. It can be boiled (20–30 grams fresh or 10–15 grams dry with 700 milliliters water) or made into tea. Those with cold constitutions, low blood pressure, or pregnant women should avoid excessive use (Cao Minh Trường Official)
Nutritionists say eating a ripe banana with soaked chia seeds 1–2 hours before bed is a powerful natural remedy for muscle health and good sleep. Bananas provide potassium, magnesium, and vitamin B6 to ease cramps, reduce numbness, and relax muscles. Their tryptophan content supports serotonin and melatonin production for better rest. Chia seeds add 5 grams of protein, omega-3s, and fiber to enhance muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, and support digestion overnight. Experts warn more and more young women in India are getting ovarian cancer. American mechanic Bruce Van Natta shares his near-death experience from 2006, when a logging truck fell and crushed his body.
While inspecting a leak beneath the truck, the jack slipped, and ten to twelve thousand pounds [4,500–5,400 kilograms] of weight dropped straight through his midsection. His body flattened to an inch [2.5 centimeters] thick in places. In shock, he cried out, “Lord, help me” twice as pain overwhelmed him and his diaphragm collapsed.
Unable to breathe, Bruce heard his own heart stop. At that moment, his spirit lifted to the ceiling of the garage. From above, he felt perfect peace— beyond anything earthly— and watched the accident scene below, not realizing it was his own body. He saw volunteer firefighters arrive, two of them entering through the wrong door. Over a year later, Bruce confirmed this detail with them, proving he had truly observed it from above.
From the ceiling, Bruce saw Leonard, his coworker, weeping and blaming himself. On either side of Leonard knelt two enormous angels, about eight feet [2.4 meters] tall, muscular, robed in white without wings. One angel had long hair down past his belt. Both placed their hands into Bruce’s crushed torso. To Bruce, this seemed curiously normal from the spirit realm.
Among the rescuers was Shannon, a red-haired woman who moved Leonard aside and checked for a pulse. While others gave up, she called his name with urgency: “Bruce Van Natta, come back!” Each time she shouted, his spirit was drawn downward. The first return brought him back into unbearable pain. Bruce, not wanting to endure it, let go again, and his heart stopped. His spirit rose and entered a tunnel angled toward a brilliant Light, which he knew was Heaven. But Shannon’s voice pulled him back.
This happened three times. Twice he entered the tunnel, feeling momentum like a rocket ride toward the Light. Twice he was drawn back by Shannon’s persistent cries. The third time, God’s calm Voice intervened: “If you want to live, you’re going to have to fight. And it’s going to be a hard fight.” At first, Bruce resisted, preferring the peace of death. But when Shannon asked, “What do you have to fight for? Do you have a wife? Do you have kids?” he realized God was using her to remind him of his family. With that, he chose to stay. Shannon told him, “Don’t close your eyes. Stay here. Fight.” Bruce later learned that each time she shouted, she was also quietly praying to God to bring him back, knowing from her own experiences that spirits are real.
Bruce was airlifted to a trauma center. Doctors told his wife he would not live even an hour, his arteries severed in five places. Yet prayer circles thanked God for every 30 minutes he survived. He underwent multiple surgeries. Nearly all of his small intestine had been destroyed, leaving less than the 100 centimeters considered necessary to live. Bruce starved and wasted away, until months later, God sent a man named Bruce Carlson, awakened in New York with instructions to fly the nearly 1,000 miles [1,600 kilometers] to Wisconsin and pray. When he laid his hand on Bruce’s forehead, Bruce felt Divine Power surge into him, and his intestines miraculously regenerated to about 10 feet [3 meters]. Doctors confirmed this was a medical miracle.
Bruce recalled that the first words he tried to write after waking from a coma were “angel.” The very first thing he said aloud was: “I saw two angels. God sent these two huge angels to save me.” Doctors testified that no one else in the world had survived his combination of injuries.
Bruce believes God spared him to show that if He could save “a knucklehead like me,” He could save anyone. Since then, Bruce has dedicated his life to sharing his story, speaking about God’s Mercy, the reality of angels, and the overwhelming love he felt in the spirit world. His message is that if people love and forgive others the way God loves and forgives each of us, the world will become a much better place (Anthony Chene production)
Prioritizing quote of the day: “Men know not the gold which lies in the mine of Christ Jesus, or surely they would dig in it night and day. They have not yet discovered the pearl of great price [the Kingdom of God], or they would have sold their all to buy the field wherein it lies.” — The Reverend Charles Spurgeon English Preacher
