Stay strong into your older years by exercising regularly. I have a back health tip. Back pain is very common, affecting most people at some point, but the encouraging news is that it can be prevented and often improves with time and simple care. Exercise is one of the best ways to both prevent and relieve back pain, as it helps strengthen the muscles that support your spine and improves flexibility and overall function. Try to avoid sitting for long periods, especially if you work at a desk. Getting up every 30 to 60 minutes can help reduce strain on your back. Good posture also plays an important role, along with safe lifting habits such as bending your knees and using your legs instead of your back. However, you’re advised to avoid lifting, twisting, and bending at the same time. Supporting bone health is equally important, so ensure you get enough calcium and vitamin D, stay active with weight-bearing exercise, and avoid smoking and alcohol. Small daily habits like these can go a long way in protecting your back and improving overall well-being.

A good joke is hard to forget. Here’s one you’ll always remember. It’s the joke of the day titled, “The Password Problem.”

Nina was complaining to her best friend, Aaron.

“I had to reset my email password again.”

“Was it too weak?”

“No, it was too strong. I can’t remember it.”

“Then it’s securely stored within your skull.”?!

And now we have a heartline from Ellie in Australia
