Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Then combine 420 grams (3 cups) of raw whole cashews and 30 milliliters (2 tablespoons) of olive oil in a medium bowl and toss. Add in 15 grams (2 tablespoons) of chili powder and 3 grams (1/2 teaspoon) of sea salt. You can also add in 1 gram (¼ teaspoon) of cayenne pepper for some heat. Add in juice from a large lime and transfer the mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast the nuts for approximately 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through. After 15 minutes check the cashews and be sure to take them out prior to them darkening excessively and burning. Once the nuts have been removed from the oven, allow them to cool and store them in a big mason jar at room temperature. Enjoy as a tasty snack!
